Returns

We offer a 14-days* warranty after receiving your order. This warranty only applies to damaged, defective or broken products, or if your item does not match the description (wrong item, color or size).

If you received a wrong item or wrong color/size, contact us and we will send you the correct item or refund you in its entirety.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and contact us via e-mail at support@pawstiful.com, we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation from our team.

* This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within first 24 hours after the order was confirmed. You just need to contact us via our contact form providing the order number you want to cancel.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by e-mail at support@pawstiful.com or directly via our contact form.

Shipping fees to return the product you want to exchange will be at your costs.
